We are pleased to announce that Linnworks has become the first company in Europe to be accredited by FedEx. While this in itself is a huge achievement for our company, more importantly it will enable us to better align with FedEx and pass on the innovations pioneered by the international shipping provider, directly to our customer base.
Our integration provides users with the full suite of FedEx services within Linnworks, enabling customers to automatically allocate FedEx as a shipping service to an order, and update the channel with tracking details in bulk.
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and our development team continuously works hard to develop new integrations that make our customer's lives easier.
This certification will specifically allow us to better improve our FedEx integration, and help to ensure that all eventualities and complexities with regards to logistics and delivery are covered within Linnworks.
Linnworks’ CEO and Lead System Architect, Fedor Dzjuba, commented “We are excited to work more closely with FedEx in order to provide our users with a more enriched user experience. To become the first company in Europe to be accredited by FedEx is a huge achievement for Linnworks, but more importantly it will allow us to better serve our mutual customers.”
