You may have noticed that we recently sent out our annual customer survey, and thanks to those of you who took the time to let us know what you thought of Linnworks, we're pleased to announce that we have taken your feedback on board, and have started implementing changes to reflect your needs.
While the feedback was mostly positive, one of the key areas that we identified as needing improvement was the extensibility of our technical support offering, and as such, we have significantly increased investment into this department.
Ultimately, as our customer base continues to grow, we know it is integral that our technical support grows with it, and this investment will help us increase the number of support representatives we have available to respond to your tickets, live chats and phone calls.
