On January 7th, 2014 we are changing our monthly subscription prices for all new subscribers. Customers on older price plans will be able to move to other subscription levels without moving to these new plans, unless requested specifically.
We know that no one likes price increases and we have worked hard to keep our prices below average for the last couple of years.
Over that time, we have added many features – new sales channels, additional shipping providers and listing functionality among others.
We have also grown as a company, recently passing 50 employees, and moving from offering support in office hours to 24 hours a day Monday to Friday.
These price increases are expected to generate more revenue, so we can continue to cover things that are outside of our control, such as server costs. It also gives us additional resources for things we can control, like bringing more team members aboard to ensure we can continue to offer the best possible support and assistance to our customers.
As of January 7th 2014, new subscribers will be paying the rates below when they start their subscriptions:
- Basic (was Entry) - £80.00 per month (ex. VAT)
- Standard - £180.00 per month (ex. VAT)
- Professional - £360.00 per month (ex. VAT)
- Enterprise - £570.00 per month (ex. VAT)
- Corporate – from £1,999.00 per month (ex. VAT)
Autonomous Synchronisation will now be included as a part of the subscription at all levels for accounts on these new tariffs, not just Enterprise as with older price plans.
All new customers who subscribe before January 7th will still be able to pay current rates for their chosen subscription plans.
We feel that this is a necessary change to reflect the increased capabilities of Linnworks, but will not be changing the subscription costs for existing customers unless they choose to move to one of the new plans, as we have always done.
