On January 7th, 2014 we are changing our monthly subscription prices for all new subscribers. Customers on older price plans will be able to move to other subscription levels without moving to these new plans, unless requested specifically.

We know that no one likes price increases and we have worked hard to keep our prices below average for the last couple of years.

A month on the road: October with the Linnworks team

MarkC | November 20, 2013 | Comments

Linnworks on the RoadOctober has been a busy month for us here at Linn Systems. We’ve been out of the office almost as much as we've been in it. We've been meeting our customers, working with various partners and letting everyone see us in the flesh, without our headsets or keyboards in the way.

Lets look back at where we've been, and who we've met.

World First - Foreign Exchange

MarkC | November 11, 2013 | Comments

Our partners at World First are able to assist online sellers working across multiple markets and currencies to achieve greater control over their funds and better exchange rates between those currencies. Partner News - ReplyManager

MarkC | November 11, 2013 | Comments

Our partners at ReplyManager have released some updates for their software that we thought might be of interest to our customers. We recommend ReplyManager to a lot of people, and are hoping to integrate with it early next year, but in the meantime it still remains a very useful solution to help sellers manage their contact with their customers on channels such as eBay and Amazon.

With ReplyManager, you can save time communicating with customers across channels in one place, just as you simplify your order and inventory workflow in Linnworks, and we think that makes them very useful for our subscribers to help maintain their reputation online, and therefore their sales.

They've added new functionality to make it easier to identify the eBay and Amazon customers you're dealing with, eBay photosharing in responses and updates to their HTML designer.

Please see the release below, and their full press release at this link
