We’re really excited to announce that we have released new feedback functionality within Linnworks.net. This provides our customers with the opportunity to share their thoughts with us, and give us their honest opinions about the Linnworks system.
This feature will be available to all users, and when submitting any feedback you will be prompted to select one of two tabs; I’m Happy, or Something Bothers Me.
It is important to note that this isn’t an alternative to technical support, and if you have a technical problem or need to report a bug, we would urge you to contact our support team through either Live Chat, phone support or by raising a ticket. Instead, this new feedback functionality will enable you to provide honest, constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement of the system, or alternatively inform us of your positive experiences of using Linnworks.
This latest release follows some of our other recent initiatives to improve the communication between the Linnworks team and our customers, something that we are strongly invested in and will continue to develop.
