Moving towards our goal to provide improved support to our users and update our infrastructure, we’re pleased to announce that we will now be migrating to a new support portal to help us better serve our customers.
Updated Support Portal
As part of this improvement you can expect to see easier access to our newly modernised ticket system, and a greatly improved knowledge base and updated user forums, along with even more features to come in the following weeks. We’ll also be updating our Linnworks.net interface to make it easier to access your support, with a toolbar at the top providing the main options you’ll need at a click.
Due to the transition to the new system and our migration of the old support system’s data, there will be a period on Saturday the 6th of August from 04:00 UTC, during which you we’ll temporarily suspend the option to create new support tickets and reply to existing ones. This means we won’t be able to reply to any open or pending cases during this time. We expect this migration to take approximately 8 hours, after which normal service will resume. The initial migration will include bringing across the last 12 month's worth of tickets, with the rest to follow in the future.
Live Chat and Phone Support services will continue to be available during this period, up until 20:00 UTC on Saturday (6th of August) and from 05:00 UTC on Sunday (7th of August). You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any urgent matters.
